About the Web Service

1. Can I register with the service via the website and get a User ID?

You can fill out a web-based Pre-Registration Form, but you will have to print it out, sign your name on it, and send it to us together with required ID documents. Then we will issue your User ID.

2. I am a registered user.What kind of support services are available on the Website?

On the website, you can do the following :

・You can request a password notification when you forget your password.
・You can change your password.
・You can change your own information.
  ・Source of funds
  ・e-mail address
  ・phone number
  ・occupation
  ・employer
  ・bank account for receiving refunds
・You can add/delete/change your receivers' information
・You can check your transaction history
・You can apply for a money transfer
・You can check the total amount you have sent

※If you have an outstanding application not yet paid for, you will be unable to change sender's information nor receiver's information. (Please refer to the Q7 of the WEB Service FAQ)

3. I am a registered user. What kind of support services are available on the mobile phone?

On the mobile phone, you can do the following :
 
・You can request a password notification when you forget your password.
・You can change your own information.
  ・e-mail address
  ・phone number
・You can check your outstanding applications
・You can apply for a money transfer

※If you have an outstanding application not yet paid for, you will be unable to change sender's information nor receiver's information. (Please refer to the Q7 of the WEB Service FAQ)

4. Can I apply for money transfer from the website or from a mobile phone?

Yes, you can.
 
After applying for money transfer via the website or mobile phone, you will receive a Payment Number. So please go to a convenience store and enter the number on the Kiosk terminal. Then make your payment at the cashier.

5. Can I complete money transfer by applying via the website?

No, you cannot.
If you enter the Payment Number you acquired at the website in the Kiosk terminal, you will get a ticket so please make your payment at the convenience store within 30 minutes.

※Please note that the Payment Number will be valid for 35 days.

6. Will the payout amount be fixed when I apply for money transfer on the website?

No.
After applying from the website you will get the payment number and by using this number the exchange rate will be settle when you finish the money transfer procedure at the Kiosk terminal.

7. I have just applied for money transfer via the website, and I want to change sender's information now. But I cannot. Why is this?

If you have a pending money transfer, we cannot change the senders name or information about the recipient.

You can cancel the money transfer or go to the nearest convenience store and change the senders information and the recipient information.

8. After entering the payment number from the Kiosk terminal and issued the ticket, I was not able to make the payment within 30 minutes and so the ticket became invalid.
I want to issue the ticket once again, can I use the same payment number?

It is valid.
Please enter the same payment number and reissue the ticket from the Kiosk terminal.
