Register yourself.

Send a completed User Registration Form and identification documents by post to register yourself and receivers.
To obtain a pre-registration application form, you can either download a web based form or make your request via standard mail.
(You can also call DSK International Money Transfer Support Center to request a Pre-RegistrationForm.)

Get your registration card.

We will issue your registration card for Western Union® International Money Transfer Service via Convenience Store with your ID printed on it.
It will take 7-10 days for your registration card to arrive.

Request for money transfer

Any of the procedures below can be used to request for money.

If you make a web request for money transfer, the transaction at the convenience store will become easier.

Login at the screen of the web request for money transfer, enter the information.
regarding the money transfer, and the Payment Number will be issued.

Pay at the convenience store

Enter the Payment Number at the special terminal at the convenience store and the ticket will be issued. Pay the amount at the cashier within 30 minutes *1.

After payment at the cashier, you will receive from the the convenience store clerk the official receipt containing the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).

Request for money transfer/payment at the convenience store

Enter the Payment Number at the special terminal at the convenience store and the ticket will be issued. Pay the amount at the cashier within 30 minutes *1.

Call the receiver to inform MTCN

Call the receiver and inform the transaction information required to collect the money. Do not disclose transaction details to anyone else.

Receive the money

Within minutes *2, the money you sent will be available for collection by the named receiver at any Western Union® Agent location in the destination country.

*1) Your ticket will be invalid if you don't pay within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes have passed, you will have to start from the beginning and apply again for money transfer from the Convinience store terminal.

*2) Funds may be delayed or services unavailable based on certain transaction conditions, including amount sent, destination country, currency availability, regulatory and foreign exchange issues, required receiver action(s), identification requirements, Agent location hours, differences in time zones, or selection of delayed options.
